Can't find the Intro Bots queue

Based on reading the patch notes, I was pretty sure that the intro bots had been released. I wanted to try them out to see what they were like and how they worked. However, when I went to go to the queue I couldn't find it.

Have Intro Bots not actually been released yet?

Can you only enter the Intro Bots queue if you are below a certain level?

Am I just not looking the the right place (Co-op vs AI > Summoners Rift)?
