Is the new SR being patched in tomorrow?

Just wondering since they have been hyping it like crazy, and Tuesdays are patch days.

Wouldn't everyone who hasn't gotten the chance yet love to finally hit the brand new rift?

I really hope a lot more people will play Team Builder when it's released! :D

Um....they are only doing it in gradual patch after patch. So if they do upgrade tomorrow, expect it to not be in Ranked or Teambuilder, but maybe in Blind Pick
