Game Mode Idea "Rollback"

Hey riot i dont know if you will read this or not but i started playing league in pre-season 4. all my other friends are old veteran of this game and I always like the stories they tell on the "Terror" or "broken" something was. I was wondering if maybe you guys can make a game mode for a patch like urf or one for all. but this game mode would be where ever champ and item was at its peak where it was "BROKEN". Someone like me where i started playing season 4 i would never know the terror or pain someone had fighting a twitch with sunfire cape where he would just walk around you till you died. Or Never fight a Twisted Fate with his teleport on his E and his R was showing and SLOWING all enemies. Or the Memes on Rangar before and now, or Fiddle sticks with his mere presence would cause enemies to miss on their attacks. Or a Mundo stacking 5 Warmogs....if some how you guys can make this game mode I would really like see how the game was in the past where all champs were at their peak.....just a thought
