New Custom Mode: Kingslayer

After playing lots of Hide and Seek I decided to see if i could take what made it fun and cut out what made it such a drag, thus Kingslayer was born, The rules are pretty straightforward but after testing it a lot there is a lot of variety in how you can play it. Lots of different comps, lots of viable champions and way too many worthy of the 3 bans you get! As I test it more I plan to update the document to keep a running set of official rules, but feel free to suggest any to us and we'll see how they go!
