Game Mode Suggestion

You start off with unlimited Gold. You can have full build by level 1 -on Summoner's Rift 5v5 Blind Mode.

I think this will be such a fun game mode, because it'll be crazy to have full build Level 1. Not just that, but some games last 35 minutes or longer and you must be fed to be able to get a full build, and instead of custom games for 30 minutes to get enough farm to get a full build -have a game mode for it! It'll be so much fun to try out new builds, constantly over and over in one game. But of course the sole point is to win. Get to their Nexus or make them surrender. Or, be a troll and build all Warmogs. Minions wouldn't have much of big part of this game, but my idea does need some fixing. So... Riot pls.
