New Visual Update Important concept. Champion redesign NEED RIOT RESPONSE

With the "new and improved" visual updates that is happening to the summoners rift map, is Riot going to update all champions? Because if the map is going to be updated, wouldnt it be crucial to update the bad models of champions for the new models on the new map? MOst of the champions looks bad and some have bad animations. Such as Blitzcrank pull that shoots out his fist, and on screen his fist touches the champ but does not pull them in because the skill distance does not correspond with the animation on screen. I would like a response from Riot about this champion update because it seems kind of half ass to update the map, and not the champs? its like a new SWEET paint job on a car with a shitty engine that hardly works on the inside. Any RIOT response would be appreciated.
