Sort of like draft, but you can only play champions that you have a champion lvl of like 3 in? Discuss

Seems legit to me. Get rid of the "first time urgot" excuse. I highly doubt it will be implemented though. I don't think Riot intended champion mastery to serve purposes such as limiting people from joining certain game modes.
