New Updated HUD

Can someone tell me why is it that my visuals are very rough when playing on this new updated summoners rift? I know it's not my gaming computer because it's brand new and I have an NVIDIA GeForce GT610 graphics card with a quad core processor. Someone tell me why is it that whenever Riot releases something it's trash..... Much needed work.

because the new hud is awful and should be removed. i havent heard anything positive about it. if i have to squint and my screen or physically move my head to find something that shouldnt be so difficult to find its an awful design layout
