URF for 2015?! Season 5

I am making this thread just out of curiosity and boredom..... When URF first appeared, the shoutcasters(during the C9 v. TSM URF game) mentioned that there is a possibility that URF could possibly become a permanent gamemode for LCS play....or atleast that is how I took it.

I would like clarification and maybe some hope onto whether URF will return for season 5. And will it also be available for permanent casual play?

Any links that have already covered this topic would be nice. :P
