New Game Mode Idea

I just had an idea for a featured game mode that I think would be really cool. I don't have a good idea for a name yet, but the general idea would be that gold is earned 1.5 times as fast and everyone would have 10(or more) item slots. I think it would be pretty cool because it would allow for a lot more build paths and item combinations(100% lifesteal Draven, 8,000 health Dr.Mundo, etc.).
