Make custom mode more "custom"

I was thinking that maybe we could make it so in custom games, we could make it a little more "custom" Now, what am I thinking when I say this? I mean this:

Make it so you can have each player start with a specific amount of gold
Make it so you can have each player start at a specific level
Make it so you can adjust CDR (Cooldown Reduction) Cooldown Reduction could be removed if you want to keep that just to URF, but wouldn't it be nice to be able to mess around with your friends as Kassadins with 90% CDR? I also wouldn't mind being able to do One for all in custom (Everyone is same champion)

I agree with you! Custom games should be custom, let everyone start level 18 with 100,000 gold if we so wish, let us play URF, let us make our own wild custom buffs that make the game insane!

A good idea but you're basically asking Riot to give up making the custom game modes themselves.

This kind of personal adjustment would basically allow people to play any given custom game mod that Riot has made or ever will. It'd take away a lot of what they can do for the community themselves.

That moment when you realize that League of Legends, a MOBA actively being developed in 2015, is missing features present in StarCraft 1 (released in 1998), which is where the MOBA genre was born.

I think Riot would have to change the custom game lobby to include an automatically generated list of changes, to keep it clear which custom game is just setting up a 5v5 vs which is a change to the normal rules, but truly custom games should be implemented into League.

I think what they are worried about is that if they give you all these abilities, and bring back all these modes for just custom games, then they will lose 100% of there core games. Normal PVP matches would be gone. Everyone would stop. Ranked games would probably keep going considering there are people who play nothing but ranked because they are obsessed with their score instead of having fun. But thats their choice. But Riots main goals on how many people play what mode, would decrease greatly due to people playing nothing but cusom game. I would LOVE to have this ability. But i also am on Riots side with this. You cant altar a game like that and only expet a small and unharmful change.
