Team Builder Queues, Refined?

Just a quick thing:

As it stands currently, it seems that when you set up in team builder and get ready to search for more players, you only find SOLO players (players who actually clicked "Solo" and not even those who clicked "Party" and searched alone anyways).

Could it be possible for TEAMS to be matched up together? For instance, If I get a group of three together top/mid/jungle, I would like to be able to find an adc/sup duo who have queued together looking for a top/mid/jg (lets assume both groups are searching for "Any Role" in their respective lanes to make it simple).

I just think it could help reduce times people generally spend in the queue, and eliminate those few floaters who search as a "Solo-Party". If those solo-party players could get matched with a group of four who are searching for their exact role, they should be able to group up somehow.

Again, just a thought. It seems better in my head that way, but maybe it would make things too difficult? What are some of your thoughts on this?
