Is there any way to access Season 1 (or beta) SR?
I'm not sure if it'd be possible to have it as a featured game mode. I'd be interesting to see how the game has changed from 2009 to now.

It'd basically be a massive patch for a temporary game mode. I'm fairly certain not much of the original map is left in the game we have now.
The only thing you might be able to do is get an original League of Legends installation CD (yes, they made those) and try and trick it into thinking it doesn't need a server. At the very least it could possibly have the data for the original map, which you might be able to extract using some third party program.
