Fortnightly Party modes?

I understand that everyone wants URF and that and i know that a LOT of people would like it as a permanent mode but i was thinking what if there were more options but in custom games. Imagine having a one-for-all URF match. Or maybe URF against the doom bots. I know it would be more difficult to make some of these modes more viable for SR eg ascension but maybe they can add it just for the dominion map. I would just like one of my odd games that i play with a friend while we wait for the rest of our group to show up.

That too crazy? Well what about similairly that you have free champs every week maybe you could add a game mode to custom games every fortnight maybe? maybe only for that weekend?

So hopefully something like this could end up on lol this year maybe? :D
