Hiemer can easily take out turrets with his unlimited Q's and can just continue to split push so much.

Why you letting him split push?
So? AD Malzahar does the exact same thing, except that if you try to face him 1v1 he just ults you and you die to 5 Voidlings.
Typically with EVERYONE bringing teleport, split pushing is stupid easy to stop.
And with all the spell spamming his turrets go down lightning fast. And we all know the rule... The donger dies if he has no turrets to protect him.
