New game mode idea

One game mode that I think will be exciting is "Don't judge a book by it's cover!" The name kind of makes no sense, but its the best i could think of for the game mode I made up. Whenever you enter champ select, the client will give you a champion, but it's like a "skin". After the game gives you your "skin", you pick your champion. Basically, let's say I pick Kha'Zix, but the client gives me Teemo. I will look like Teemo, but I will have all the abilities of Kha'Zix, and do the exact same animations that Kha'Zix would do as well. I was wondering if you guys could put this game-mode into league of legends. Not only will it lead to players in the league community laughing in tears, we can see hilarious montages on YouTube! Although.. you may have some people who will hate the idea of this, but it seems super fun to me!
