Make me want to play Team Builder

I really like the idea of teambuilder. I think it's a great step in making matchmaking a lot less toxic. However, there are 2 simple reasons I avoid playing it.

No bans. This isn't the biggest deal, but I wish we could have a ban champs once we have a ready group, or even while we wait.
Mirror Matchups. I absolutely hate playing in mirror matchups. If we are preparing for ranked, it doesn't really train you to get any better since you won't have this matchup in ranked. And some mirror matchups are just playing stupid and no fun to be honest.

I think it would be pretty simple implementing these. Are there any plans of implementing these?

Didn't think I'd need to. The adding of bans takes away the whole idea of Team Builder, and the proposed idea of avoiding games with those champions would not only make it take even longer to find games, but would take away the experience gained from playing against champions that are commonly picked for bans. I do Team Builder to get experience against and with people that are typically auto-banned, which so far I haven't seen a reason for. You focus a lot on rank, but not everyone is playing the game to get high in ranked, some just play it for fun, which Team Builder allows.

I can somewhat agree on not adding in bans. I do see your point for that. As I said in original post, bans aren't the biggest deal for me, it's mostly mirror matches.

Which would also bring up the wait timers. Mirror Matches aren't something I thought about much, but I don't see any real problem with them, and what you seem to bring up about them is that you don't find them fun, and you that they don't do anything to help train for ranked. However, if you want to train for ranked, you can just play normal games. Team Builder will still get you experience on how to deal with a champion that you wouldn't normally, just because you're a Lee Sin jungle doesn't mean that your allies don't want experience against an enemy Lee Sin jungle.
