Make me want to play Team Builder

I really like the idea of teambuilder. I think it's a great step in making matchmaking a lot less toxic. However, there are 2 simple reasons I avoid playing it.

1. No bans. This isn't the biggest deal, but I wish we could have a ban champs once we have a ready group, or even while we wait.

2. Mirror Matchups. I absolutely hate playing in mirror matchups. If we are preparing for ranked, it doesn't really train you to get any better since you won't have this matchup in ranked. And some mirror matchups are just playing stupid and no fun to be honest.

I think it would be pretty simple implementing these. Are there any plans of implementing these?
