new mode-ability draft 5 ultimates 5 passives

this game mode could be played on any map but before the game you could build your own champion with five different passives and ultimate abilities from real champions you could also choose their attack damage, health, and ability power. the only problem is some ultimates wouldn't work for this like yasuo and maybe hiemerdinger please post all ultimates and passives that would not work for this and/or an awesome ability build for this game mode.
