Suggestion: There should be a "Full Custom" Mode

In custom mode, summoners can only do limited things. There should be an option says, "full custom mode," when you are creating a custom game. When the "Full Custom Mode" box is checked, summoners in this game will be able to use commands to do certain things. For example, spawning minions and champions, changing stats of a unit, disabling fog or war, and more. This will be easier for some sommoners to test out things, like what will happen if I do this or that. In that case, summoners don't have to go into dominion mode to some testing. Another thing about "Full Custom Mode" is that there will be more fun. Players can create their own game modes and do all kinds of random stuff.

Now, about the client. When a summoner attempts to join a game with "Full Custom Mode," they will receive a warning says something like... "The game you are about to join is a 'Full Custom game.' Do you still wish to join?" If they have no idea what it is, they can click on the "?" beside it, and it will take them to a new window or page about "Full Custom Mode." Plus, there should be a check-box to disable this message from showing up in the future.

Of course, some summoners may try and exploit this. They may spawn 10,000 Teemos to crash the server or something. Thus, there should be a limit to what they can do in "Full Custom Mode."

PS: English isn't my first language, sorry if you were confused by anything while reading. I hope I got my point across. Thank you for reading this.

I do not believe we need a full custom mode as you suggest but more of a "sandbox" mode where you have unlimited gold and choose what champions to go up against if they're bots and their builds. Something that allows you to test certain builds against certain champions and their builds to see what if you're doing on paper is really a good idea or not. A lot of things may work in theory that don't really work in the game.

This seems like a good idea. There's a lot of builds and items I want to try on certain champions, but since I don't know if it would do well I don't want to unwittingly throw a game. I don't think the champion spawning is a very good idea, but other than that it sounds very cool.

They should add some stuff that have to do with old gamemodes. For example, make all players have URF abilities, 6 players per team, players have their movement speed boosted, etc. I think if you could pretty much customize everything, that would be a lot of fun but of course, it would all have to be a custom match and not a PvP match that was made by matchmaking.

There are some things in LoL that you can practice only once in a while, generally techniques involving Flash or an ultimate. Lee Sin insec kicks and Thresh flash-hooks on a fleeing target are two prominent examples of fairly difficult techniques which can only be done maybe once or twice a game. If you want to practice these things in a custom match now, you would have to wait five minutes between each attempt for your flash to come up. What I really liked about URF is that I could enter a custom match by myself, and practice high level techniques (since flash is on a 60 second cooldown and ultimates come up right away). I think it's really unfortunate that we no longer have such a resource.
