Why can they not keep all game modes???

I am really confused as to why Riot does not keep game modes out forever. I enjoy playing URF and Mirror mode and since I am not a competitive player, the classic gets old. I enjoy playing the ones they have (dominion and ARAM), but I want to try all of them. Is there anyway to petition this idea to them? or am I the only one who feels this way? Thank you to anyone who reads this.

Queue up for draft pick dominion and you'll find out why rito doesn't want more permanent queues.

Riot themselves killed draft dominion when they had no dodge penalty in that queue for months.

-Upkeep to make sure there aren't any major bugs floating around. -Queue health to try to keep games starting reasonably quickly.
