Custom games should have there own settings

Hey, guys today I'm was kinda quite thinking about something that'll be an awesome idea for the custom game setting (This is my opinion so, don't take it so seriously)

For the custom game setting I think there should be a feature where you can actually change the game like for say your Champion's: Cooldown, Gold, Level and, many more.

I think there's should be something like that so, you can actually have a little fun the game just in-case if you're tired of playing Ranked and you have no idea on what to do.

Now for the settings there should be a feature where you can actually Control your starting level, how much gold you have, control the cooldowns or have no cooldowns and there'll be like ability-s everywhere.

Another idea if you're thinking about Urf (Ultra Rapid mode) One for all, Hexakill. There should be a setting exactly like that but you can actually change it a little bit.

I have no idea on what to say now but, these are my thoughts so I'm happy to share them with you.
