Bard?

I'm usually always in Botlane and near the water fall that's like right on the corner down there sometimes I see the 3 circles like bards face, or like the shape that was in the middle of that photo that was posted a long time ago with the 3 men and the fire, well I was wondering what it was and if it was connected to bard I'm going to go and try to get a picture of it in a custom game but I'm really curious about this
