Shopkeeper Quotes?
Will the shopkeepers be able to speak like the ones on Howling Abyss, both generic and champion-specific? And judging from their different appearances, will they each have their own unique set of quotes?

Yep, I think it was confirmed a few months ago that they will speak and have interactions. We are just waiting for them to appear on the PBE :D
