Urf 2015: Who is gonna be most broken?

So when I think back to URF I remember the fun champs before they were banned. Helicopter Hecarim, Endless Heals Soraka, Face Smash Keyboard Ryze and I makes me think. What champion is going to be suuuper broken right when URF comes back? The answer is Azir. And here is why.

The Dark Voodoo Magicks buff which makes URF AMZAZING gives all champs 80% CDR. It also increases attack speed bonuses by 100%. So thinking about Azir's passive (Which gives 1.25% Attack Speed for every 1% of his CDR) He will start the game with 80% bonus attack speed which would be instantly doubled. That's 160% attack speed level one with the ability to have infinite soldiers (before they expire)

Also no mana costs.
