I thought this mode was meant to be out today with patch 5.14? Sorry if I am being ignorant, but I don't see it anywhere!

i really hope so, that's all i was looking forward to in 5.14

In their FAQ, Q and A thing about this event, they just say "later this event". So it could be anytime in the next week or so. I imagine it will be sooner rather than later though.
