Suggestion(s) for Ranked Teambuilder

Recently read an article about a sneak peak into how Ranked Teambuilder will work and thought of an idea that could help. Just rough draft ideas here.

-Requiring players to have a certain skill level in certain positions. They'll need to be able to play at least 2 roles well instead of plat level adc but bronze level mid. Players need to be proficient in a role before they can choose it as one of their two required positions. So you can't play ranked games if you can only play one role (so no lying and choosing your main role and randomly choosing another one)

Unrelated Side note: I think adding the option to mute individual player pings would be nice so players can finally mute the pings of that one guy who pings everything and confuses the whole team. There could be a little "Ping Mute" button right next to each regular mute button on the scoreboard.
