Ranked Que Idea

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this thread. Therefore, If this is found to be out of place please disregard it. However, if its in the right place I would hope for open discussion.

Lately I have grown very frustrated with the League of Legends community. It is very hard to find a clean, non toxic competitive game. Especially when someone trolls because they don't get the lane in which they prefer. That being said I would like to offer an idea that would alleviate some of the pregame frustrations, rages, trolls and BS.

My recommendation is that we open up team builder to ranked with a few tweaks. First you would need to select your roll prior to joining the lobby. Once your role was selected you would enter the lobby where a banning phase would then take place. Next to your name it would show your lane. Banning would need to be equal meaning top would pick top then the other team would pick top, mid would pick then the other mid would pick etc..

once banning phases were complete players would have the champion they wanted, the lane they wanted and start the game off on the right foot. This would alleviate most of the ragers, and trolls pre game.
