Since riot has gone through all that trouble to make the new monsters spawn much more impressively making them seem more alive, why dont they go one tiny step further and give them minions a cute little portal to waddle out of. minons are a fundamentatal part of the game, and rather than just appearing out of nowhere, i think they should get their grand entrance to the arena as well! (just fightin' for the little guys that make it all happen)
I agree. Instead of a cute little portal though, I think there should be a sort of "doorway" in the nexus that the minions walk out of.
Interesting, I had never thought about this. You're right, minions just appear out of thin air.
The goal would be to give them a slight spawning animation that wouldn't be obtrusive to a team standing at their nexus but would still look better than minions just popping into existence, and I like your suggestion of a little portal!
I think about this all the time and believe it to be a great improvement. I agree a door/portal coming from the nexus would be amazing. Riot should make this happen.
Other then that keep up the class act riot, you guys don't get the credit that is due.
Just make them use the Flash animation; we're all used to stuff appearing out of nowhere as long as there's a little yellow spark with it.

im pretty sure they are working on it.....besides many goodies hasn't been implemented yet in the PBE version of the VU map
Why doesn't Roit make a big house-like structure, instead of the nexus, and the minions will go out when the doorway opens. Now that's a real design.
