Dear Riot, can you give me an approximately time of Season 5, people are trolling at ranked games

Man...I just want to have fun games, but almost 80% ranked games i played after preseason got a troll. :(( I'm going to stop playing for now, until Season 5 i will be back. Can you please give me an approximately time of Season 5, or what's your process... thank you
