Ok imagine a game mode where you get to pick one ability that would become Global or close to it. That's this game mode and it works for all abilities. People who already have global ults or abilities will just have their width buffed and people like Sona will be banned
That would take a lot of time to reprogram each champion's abilities, and I don't think it would be very popular... what about Braum? Gnar's R? Mundo's Q? There would be so many problems because some champ's kits rely on combos, and others have single skill powerhouse kits, like Mundo or Braum. The others are useful, but the main strength in their kit comes from one ability.
