Riot has stated, and the community has stated, and reddit has stated, and nearly everyone that exists to talk about what the comapny is doing has stated -

Game modes are to test what players find interesting and fun to re-introduce at a later time. After the testing period, a game will be taken down, and a new one put up a short time later. The purpose of this is because they want each one to be played without other variables effecting the play rate - if URF was in the game, how many people do you REALLY think would play accession? Really. When Riot is done testing the game types, the popular ones will be back LATER.

So calm down, be patient, and just play. I would bet so much money riot is incredibly tired of people spamming them with requests about it, when they keep having to say, over and over and over and over that it will be back LATER.
