URF

I was thinking instead of removing URF maybe you could make available forever because everyone seems to like it, including myself, its fun, and it lets us have a game mode that isn't really serious, which we do not currently have.

If someone reads it and approves it then thank you very much, but if it gets rejected, cool, whatever, its not the end of the world.
