Luck of the draw (featured game mode)

My idea for this featured game mode would be in the style of ARAM in a summoner's rift map. I propose champions to have ults OR passives that belong to other champions. For example, Ahri with Teemo's mushrooms. I think it would be fun to spin a wheel at the beginning of the game to see who's ult or passive you would get for the game. I would love to hear any input you may think would be helpful.
