When will there be a 2 v 2 map... I think that would be an awesome new map!

Yea, I would love a 2v2 or a 4v4 as well, but instead we got a new ARAM.... /celebrate ....//sarcasm.... I love riot but I think they missed completely up to bat on this one.

Wasn't Magma tubes once in the works or something?

The Magma Chamber was originally planned for release, but when they tested it.....

It consumes an absurd level of resources, you would need top-of-the-line hardware to play it.

I thought Magma chamber was going to be the more permanent version of snowdown showdown. Way back when it was used for 1v1 and 2v2s. And I thought it got scraped because their was a lack of interest in that game style.

Game play wise, they can always tone down certain graphical elements. SR plays just fine after all the season 5 updates to the map. (granted that's after long efforts of compressing data) I think Riot would have a bigger problem hosting multiple games on a server, if those games only had 2-4 people. Riot must think that theirs some minimum player threshold to support a game mode. (save for bot games)
