During this patch, Riot didnt say when... what I dont get is that in the patch notes it said that Kindred will be released LATER this patch and that one for all returns during this patch. Now everytime later means LATER (Kindred is out instantly now that the patch is out) and during this patch is always an instant thing, seems like they switched it up summoner 31
