Nemesis Draft: I'm now penalized for their mistakes

I enjoy the premise of this game type and I enjoy playing it because I feel like I am better at adapting to a new/weird style of play than most people.(Jungle Braum strongest there is) I love everything about it really except for one thing. Trolls. I have now dodged my first game of this mode. (Which has probably cost me the icon so i've heard) because my team purposefully gave the enemy team Olaf, Talon and Gnar. Vs our team of supports. Surely no one in their right mind would suggest we had any chance of winning that game unless they were level 15 Summoners. Obviously I left the lobby rather than wasting 30 minutes of my time playing a game where my team was trolling and the enemy team probably would have been sneering in all chat about how they are better than us. I guess I'll only be playing this mode with a full team now to stay away from this toxic community that would rather troll a game mode they don't care about than let others have fun.
