[ARAM] The snowball is too much

I have been playing ARAM long before there was a queue for it, and long before things like Murder Bridge or the Howling Abyss was even dreamed of. Yes, it was awesome that RIOT made an official game mode and even gave us a sweet map to ARAM on. However, they have gone too far with the snowball. In their original version of the snowball, the range was longer than it is now. After receiving a nerf, it is a bit better, but honestly more nerfs are needed, or even removal. More is needed! Champions like the new Darius that can snowball to you is simply overwhelming.

I even enjoyed the ships on the Bilgewater event a little more simply because they were at the very least more visible. At the end the day though there simply is not enough counterplay. I understand the concerns with the map being too poke oriented and certain champs felt underwhelming because of their inability to close gaps, but you've gone too far. The cooldown is too low, the range is insane and the visibility is poor.

I like the fact that I can use ARAM to get in some quick teamfight practice without having to farm forever, and to be forced to play champions I would normally never play in Summoner's Rift so I understand their playstyle, however the snowball makes this irrelevant almost. Yes, I am suppose to kite Darius and stay out of his threat zone. I can even practice that in ARAM, sans snowball. However, when Darius has a snowball and suddenly appears in your face from an entire screen away it kills that. I am on a immobile carry that has to hit every ability and slow with the help of some peel just to barely stay out of his threat zone already, and suddenly he is on top of me?

Yes, yes, and yes.

There's a difference between 'giving tanks an extra gap closer', and 'being able to instantly teleport on top of you from across the map every 40 seconds while dealing true damage and granting vision of stealthed units'

Honestly just give us the ability to take two of the same summoner spells in ARAM. If you need more than two flashes to get a good initiation, ya dun goofed.

i dont think there is an aram elo i think riot just takes whoever is que'd up, adds their aram wins together divides by 2 and distributes the players. ive been in games where some people had 2500+ aram wins and others had 17. i look after every match. just to see who had the experience advantage and its just all over the place

alistar hit me with his 2k range skillshot that has a texture that's almost the same color as the map

guess i deserved to be knocked into his team with 0 chance to react

This isn't a problem at all. ARAM was much more intolerable before Mark/Dash was added. ARAM shouldn't be the poke fest that it used to be. Though a lot of ARAM accounts would be happy to see Mark/Dash removed, to be sure. They miss their poke fests.
