Team Builder for Ranked

Okay, so everybody hates when they get last pick in ranked getting forced into a role they are not comfortable with, especially when it means you will probably lose. In normals, having team builder is awesome because you can always get the lane you want. I want this for ranked. Obviously it would be very different. There would still be pick bans, but you queue up in a certain role. For instance you would start up a game, choose a role, and then get into the queue. Then a team gets queued by the roles they chose. 1 top, 1 jungle, and so on. Once you got into pick ban phase, you wouldn't have to worry about getting your role. The other minor adjustment would be that if first pick didn't ban, second pick would automatically get to ban. What do you guys think? Rito if you added this I would be soo happy! :) (this would be my face as a immediately queue up for ranked :P)
