Item ban instead of Champion ban

Imagine during draft mode, that you have the option to ban items as well as champions. Perhaps require that the item being final build, not tier one. Such as ban berzerker greaves, but can't ban boots. Or ban any item at all haha. Sorry, we are playing this game without boots.

We are going to ban spirit visage, banshee veil, and merc scimitar. Then pick all AP champions.

so that means if you ban zhonyas and pick zed all mages will be out of the question of pick and then if you ban ie, adcs do no damage and then your 3rd item ban could be ban randuins and then there is no such thing as a tank
