URF Level 19+ OP champs

There are two champs that can abuse the higher level in URF mode. The two champs I am familiar with are MordKeiser who has an increased maximum shield amount based on level and the obvious Tristana who increases her max range. Ive had Mord shield as high as 800 or 900 and Trists range as high as 740ish.

What other champs can "abuse" this new feature? Tristan - Range Mord - Shield Max.
