I understand not wanting too many game modes, i really do, but why must you completely remove the game type? "One for All" was one of my favorite game types not only from the pure chaos but it originally surfaced as a "glitch" where people duped custom games to allow them to play. This was really cool to me, but what happens when you removed it, no one can play it anymore. This absolutely irritates me because while dropping matchmaking would have been good enough, you also removed it as a custom game option, not even the dupe allows you to play any of them. Please Riot, start a poll or something, champions and skins are nice, I've spent way too much money to this as a truth, but the game loses some luster when i can't even enjoy an old game type with friends.

I loved all for one (Non mirror mode). Was hilarious seeing some of the one sided matches, and yet nobody really cared if the game ended in 15 minutes because of a 5 XinZhao vs 5 Sona match.

No, none of them built any durability and kept getting caught out. And back then, Xin was overpowered.

I really don't get why Riot is so stingy about allowing these circumstances to occur in a custom game. I think they're afraid that it will shrink the pool of summoners queuing for SR or discourage people from playing ranked. And then kids will QQ about things being unbalanced. They should know by now that they can't make everyone happy. I can almost guarantee the amount of people happy to be able to play URF or OFA in custom matches will greatly outnumber the people upset about some champions being overbearing. And fearing people mass-abandoning SR is just silly. Not to mention it shows a lack of faith in A. their playerbase and B. their product.

Pretty much this. It all revolves around E-Sports. If people started playing more game modes, enjoying more than just playing ranked or normals, they might realize the game is more than just following the meta set by some pros and Riot balance team members.

They might start realizing how fun Urgot is, or Yorick, and stop playing SR as much because...surprise surprise, people really enjoyed one for all, URF, 2v2, etc etc etc, and the less they play on SR and play FUN game modes, the less they will be inclined to watch the boring save 20 champs every week in the LCS, with the same old Meta...and god forbid that, because Riot is in love with their E-Sports over all else.
