Nemesis afk

Quick question about Nemesis, I went in with 3 other friends (so 4 people in total), one of them had to run and take care of their kid for a minute and afk'd through their draft stage and sent us all out to the lobby.

Does that disqualify everyone else for getting the not leaving reward?
