Items Mislabeled in Item Sets

Many items in the Item Set creator seem to mostly be mislabeled and unhelpful in the bottom section of the tooltips where it lists what maps the item can be used in. As an example, *The Lightbringer *is not available on Summoner's Rift but the bottom of the tooltip says only "This item is not available on the following maps:" followed by nothing.
