A gladiator type dealio. 2 teams of 6 pick champions (can't be the same, also would take place in a draft) They get half-build then 1 person from each team would be sent out randomly on Howling Abyss then once one champ (or in some cases both) dies they get chucked into spectator mode. Then another round of champs gets sent out. This keeps happening until on side runs out of champs.
MohawkBird1 votesA good concept in theory but once it comes into play it will be nothing but complaining. The two reasons being you can be pitted against your counter and just get utterly demolished and the fact that you have to be put into spectator mode when you die. People don't want to play for 30 seconds in a 1v1 then watch everyone else for 20 minutes.
Rosotee1 votesWell then good point about the spectating. When they die they can choose to spectate or leave without penalty but if they are still alive the banning and such are still valid if you RQ. About the counters in a ranked match you can be put up against your counter, so let's say you are zed and you were first pick, now someone else pick Malzahar to counter you. What do you do then? You just have to out-play you opponent. Or they could put in a thing that every player (or the captains what ever seems more balanced) has 1 swap in where they can choose to bring in a different player from the friendly team to fight instead.
