HI RIoT how about i new MOD in the game ! ( LEGEND MOD ) which makes all the players started at **LVL **18 and with infinite money so you can buy all the items you wish ! so we can see the Real skills of each player and the team work

sounds interesting, but this would make things like CS farming and jungling useless
So, laning phase isn't real skill?
This would be great fun for allowing Late-Game tension and spectacle without imbalance from lack of gold or Objectives [how many towers are down, etc.] - and would help people practice team fights...?
