How to install new season 5
Does anyone know? I saw a bunch of videos of someone play in the new map

At this point I would just wait, my friend, it'll be coming in the next week or so via the rollout plan that Riot published.
What you saw was the public beta test, before you could download the client and play but now you need to be evaluated. After being accepted you can get the client. basically every champ and rune is like 1 point. all the updates and new champions come out early. its for testing and there is no seriousness to it. just for fun and testing the patches, champs, etc...
