For the first time as the Dragon/Baron appear they should send their own roar trough the whole map alerting players that they are there. Imagine playing in bot lane very focused and you hear this massive roar from a dragon...

Although they shouldn't roar when they respawn. People should pay attention to the minimap instead of relying on "roars"

But for the initial spawn, sure why not.
