ARAM Match Making (or any for that matter)

For match making, you shouldn't get teamed up with players you have reported for AFKing, or botting, or purposely feeding. After all if you dodge the queue for ARAM the penalty is 15 minutes. And that seems like it encourages people to play with those they know are botting or toxic to the game in general.
