Target Practice?

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before, as I'm quite new to the forums, but has anyone suggested anything along the lines of a firing range? As in, a mini-game type set up where 1HP Wards are set and you progress through the map only by hitting them with an Ezreal Q or Morgana binding or similar. Just thought it could be a fun way to try and hone skill shots. :)

It would be nice to have a practice map for champions, especially for practicing skill shots and kiting along with the ability to summon waves of minions to perfect your farming game.
