ARAM is fun but sometimes you want someone different, not the Singed pick you got stuck with last time, and that you happened to get again.
I think it would improve the QoL of not getting a pure melee champion with no way to interact with ranged champions don't you think at least twice in a few games?
So someone who owns all the champs gets like a 0.8% chance of a free reroll while some smurftard gets a 5-10% chance? Seems like this doesn't really help the players who need it, and kind of defeats the purpose of reroll bonuses.
Although I agree, I think Singed is a fucking beast when it comes to ARAM. He was my first main, and I wrecked top lane with him, and I always rejoice whenever I get him in ARAM. Even if we don't win a match, as long as I got to play him it's fun!
This would just limit the randomness even more than it already is. Remember, "random" and "normally distributed" are not the same thing. Some days I'll play and never get the same champ twice. I've had one night where I had the same champ 5 times in a row (only played 3 times though, due to people dodging).
A random mode should have the disadvantages of random selection.
